What Youll Do
Support customers via phone and email.
Resolve issues using internal procedures and knowledge base materials.
Handle inquiries such as:
Account and payment questions.

Feedback or complaints.

Work Model & Location
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site).
Hybrid option available after 6 months (based on performance).
Requirements
Language skills:
German / Dutch / Azerbaijani C1
English B1\B2 level
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizenship or valid residency card for 1+ year).
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: 3,500 4,000 BGN gross (depending on project and language).
Performance bonus: up to 300 BGN.
Monthly allowances: meal card (4,500 TL equivalent) + 50 BGN internet/transportation.
Private health insurance and life insurance included.
