Description

Position Summary

As TCI’s strategic business development, you will drive regional growth by being a part of a high-performing BD team focused on identifying and securing partnerships with the most innovative and fast-growing brands in wellness, beauty, performance nutrition, and plant-based health. This is a role that combines team development, client acquisition strategy, and market positioning in one of the most trend-forward consumer regions in the world.

Location: American Fork, UT (Oniste)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Key Responsibilities

· Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and nurturing strategic partnerships with 5 emerging or established California brands per year

· Promote and customize TCI’s modular solutions in clean label, vegan, and sustainable wellness categories

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, packaging, marketing) to co-create client-specific go-to-market plans

· Oversee the launch of TCI’s ready-to-go CDMO/ODM product lines to CPG, DTC brands, direct selling companies, and retailer private brands.

· Representing TCI at key trade shows, innovation forums, and local accelerator/incubator events, positioning the brand as a leading strategic manufacturing partner

· Stay current on regional trends, consumer demands, and regulatory developments (e.g., Prop 65, vegan certifications, climate-positive labeling) and integrate those insights into strategic planning

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Nutrition, Business, or a related field

· 5–10 years of business development experience in the supplement, beauty, or functional beverage industries

· Proven track record of developing and executing BD strategies that drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and building from the ground up
