As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting potential clients and promoting our range of chillers and related products. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Your technical expertise and sales skills will be key in converting leads into long-lasting business partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their needs.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a smooth sales process and accurate technical information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring data integrity.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent our company and network with potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or chiller industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
