Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in business product management, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • MBA from a reputable institution with strong knowledge of financial products and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale fintech products effectively.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to optimize business processes.
  • Extensive experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, especially in the small-ticket loans segment.
