About the Role:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs. You will collaborate with the team to design and enhance web and mobile experiences that align with business goals and delight users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine design concepts.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
- Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
