You'll manage 70+ FTEs across multiple languages and business lines, focusing on sales and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing day-to-day operations, while innovating to grow the account on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational KPIs across different lines of business
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve key operational challenges
• Drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiencies
• Provide leadership development and guidance to senior team members
• Develop strategies to support future growth, possibly on a global level

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of executive-level experience in SaaS/BPO sales
• Experience managing teams of 50-100 FTEs
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and foster global partnerships
