Position: Corporate Development intern Number of Position (s): 1 Duration: 4 months Date: September – December 2026 Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Educational Recommendation:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making.
- Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed.
- Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information.
- Participate in Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives and special projects that support diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity within the organization.
- Assist with cross-functional engagement activities that promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance.
