Job Description

Here is the list of responsibilities that need to be performed as a a Sales engineer :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-users in Private, Government,
    and Semi-Government sectors, as well as major Engineering Design and Consulting Firms, to influence projects from the early stages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, preparing techno commercial offers, and contract negotiations, to ensuring compliance with technical standards, financial exposure, and risk management.
  • Ensure projects are closed with healthy terms and conditions in line with local business guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong market and domain knowledge in verticals such as Healthcare, Data Centers, Hospitality, Education, Defense, Telecom, and Banking.
  • Conduct impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Design and propose integrated solutions involving KNX, DALI, BMS, HVAC, and ELV systems.
  • Prepare BOQs, system schematics, technical submittals, and compliance documents.
  • Support the pre-sales team with quotations and provide technical expertise to close deals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales & Solution Development in the UAE, with exposure to Home Automation, Lighting Control, Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Certifications in KNX, DALI, or BMS platforms, ELV (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider,Honeywell, etc.) are a strong plus.
  • Skilled in delivering technical presentations, proposals, and solution
    demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with MEP drawings, control schematics, and low-voltage systems.
  • Valid UAE drivers license.
