Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our AI Managed Operations services. This role is responsible for executing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing prospect conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven outbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Sequence Execution

  • Execute personalized outbound email campaigns using sales engagement platforms.

  • Manage multi-touch outreach sequences and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.

  • Research prospects and personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates.

  • Maintain consistent outbound activity levels to generate qualified opportunities.

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and target accounts.

  • Build relationships through personalized connection requests and follow-up messaging.

  • Support multi-channel prospecting efforts across email and LinkedIn.

Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Engage with prospects to determine fit based on established qualification criteria.

  • Schedule qualified meetings directly into calendars using HubSpot, Calendly, or similar scheduling tools.

  • Ensure complete and accurate handoff information is provided before meetings.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within HubSpot CRM.

  • Update lead statuses, contact information, notes, and qualification details.

  • Ensure all prospect interactions are documented consistently.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track outbound activity metrics including outreach volume, replies, and meetings booked.

  • Submit regular updates and performance reports to leadership.

  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.

  • Experience using Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, Clay, or similar sales tools.

  • Proven experience booking qualified sales meetings through outbound prospecting.

  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging outreach messages.

  • Experience using email outreach or sales engagement platforms such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, or similar tools.

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and prospect outreach.

  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining productivity.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working a 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PH Time schedule.

  • Fresh graduates with exceptional written English skills and strong sales aptitude may be considered.

  • Background in SaaS, technology, AI, or business services industries is preferred.
