Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare accounting experience required
  • CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing CPA certification and currently eligible to sit for the CPA exam
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

What You'll Do

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial initiatives
