Qualifications Engineering or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an R D or product development environment Proven project management and technical leadership capabilities Good knowledge of development processes, methodologies, and engineering tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams Familiarity with automotive tools and technologies Responsibilities Lead the technical development of interdisciplinary teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical) for automotive and non-automotive mechatronic systems Coordinate product development activities across the full lifecycle, including new variants, optimizations, special releases, and product validation Act as the technical interface with customers and suppliers, ensuring alignment on requirements and deliverables Analyze and clarify Customer Requirement Specifications (CRS), ensuring proper requirement elicitation Define and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and system architecture Coordinate R D activities with cross-functional and multinational project teams Ensure execution of design validation processes in compliance with standards and project requirements Support product qualification and lead root cause analysis for technical issues and failures Define test strategies, inspection requirements, and validation criteria
