Job Description

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
• Lead the Supply Chain Subdivision like Warehouse, Inventory, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, etc
• Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up inter company transfers.
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
• Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
• Provide key findings and support to COO and board/investors on a monthly/quarterly basi
• Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field. ideally with experience from pharmaceutical companyHave a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial AnalysisStrong leadership skill.
