About the Role
Natural Wireless is hiring a Boston-based Business Development Manager to expand our Property-Wide Internet platform across multifamily developments.We deliver building-wide, move-in ready Internet and community Wi-Fi solutions at no cost to ownership — partnering with developers and institutional owners to enhance resident experience and asset value.
What You’ll Do
• Secure MDU access and bulk Internet agreements• Target new construction and retrofit multifamily assets
• Build relationships with owners, developers, and property managers
• Negotiate long-term license and revenue-share agreements
• Drive Boston market expansion
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years experience in multifamily real estate, telecom, or infrastructure sales• Strong Boston-area industry relationships
• Experience negotiating long-term agreements
• Strategic, relationship-driven sales mindset
Compensation
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.High six-figure earning potential for top performers.
