Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments relevant to the company's business, including maritime, shipping, trade, and corporate regulations.
- Assess regulatory changes and provide legal opinions, compliance guidance, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of compliance programs, policies, and internal governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and industry associations to obtain regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement regulatory requirements and address compliance-related matters.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by preparing and maintaining required documentation.Prepare regulatory updates, compliance reports, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); advocate license is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Legal Compliance, Corporate Legal, or Regulatory Affairs.
Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in corporate, trade, and business compliance.
Exposure to shipping regulations, maritime laws, and international maritime conventions is preferred.
Proven experience in legal research, regulatory monitoring, impact assessment, and legal opinion drafting.
Experience supporting compliance programs, policy development, and regulatory implementation.
Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
