What You'll Do

• Review user-generated content on a leading video platform, following established community guidelines.
• Evaluate, categorize, and take appropriate action on content that may include sensitive material such as graphic or disturbing imagery.
• Maintain the balance between creative expression and community safety by making accurate, consistent decisions.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to continuously improve moderation processes and ensure adherence to standards.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in German, with at least B2 level English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, emotional resilience, and sound judgment in evaluating content.
• Comfortable with exposure to sensitive material.
• Open to candidates with or without contact center experience full training provided.
• Ability to work rotative shifts in a 24/7 environment (including weekends and night shifts).
