Our Technology Centers focus on creating a space where teams can come together to deliver business solutions that save and improve lives. An integral part of our company's IT operating model, Tech Centers are globally distributed locations where each IT division has employees to enable our digital transformation journey and drive business outcomes. These locations, in addition to the other sites, are essential to supporting our business and strategy.
A focused group of leaders in each Tech Center helps ensure we can manage and improve each location, from investing in the growth, success, and well-being of our people to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging, to managing critical emergencies. Role Overview
This role is part of a broader enterprise initiative to establish a Data Context Layer (DCL) — a foundational capability designed to provide consistent, reusable, and scalable context across enterprise data products.
The DCL is intended to address challenges related to data fragmentation, lack of shared semantics, and inconsistent interpretation of data across systems and products. It establishes a unified layer for representing context, relationships, and meaning, enabling downstream products to operate with greater consistency, interoperability, and intelligence.
In addition, the DCL plays a critical role in enabling agentic AI capabilities across the enterprise by providing the structured context and semantic grounding required for intelligent agents to operate reliably. This includes ensuring that agent-driven workflows and decisions are based on consistent, governed, and interpretable data context, reducing risks associated with fragmentation, ambiguity, and lack of control.
Within this initiative, we are seeking a Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams building enterprise capabilities on AWS cloud technologies and TIMBR-like tools. This role will help teams deliver platform, data, semantic, and context-serving solutions efficiently by facilitating agile practices, removing impediments, and improving delivery flow across product, engineering, and architecture stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting technical teams in complex enterprise environments and is comfortable working with cloud, data, and platform delivery teams. Familiarity with data context, semantic systems, ontologies, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering is preferred, as the teams may be delivering capabilities that support AI-enabled and context-driven use cases.
What will you do:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support one or more technical teams delivering capabilities in AWS and/or TIMBR-like environments.
- Help teams maintain a healthy delivery cadence and improve predictability, transparency, and throughput.
- Remove or escalate impediments that slow team progress.
- Partner with product owners, technical leads, architects, and stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear and execution stays aligned.
- Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Coach teams on agile principles, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
- Support coordination across teams when work spans APIs, pipelines, platform infrastructure, semantic models, or context-serving services.
- Help teams manage dependencies and release coordination in complex enterprise settings.
- Encourage clear definition of done, story readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
- Support delivery of work that may involve agentic AI workflows, prompt-related capabilities, and context engineering needs.
What should you have
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Experience supporting technical teams in software, data, cloud, or platform environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and/or technical platform delivery environments.
- Comfort working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data context, semantic systems, ontology-driven platforms, or TIMBR-like tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering concepts is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting teams delivering APIs, data pipelines, platform services, or AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Experience working with multiple teams and dependency-heavy programs.
- Background in enterprise data, cloud, or semantic technology initiatives.
- Experience with release planning, program coordination, and delivery metrics.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent are a plus.

- the team has a healthy and predictable delivery cadence
- blockers are identified and removed quickly
- stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and risks
