The finance function plays a central role in strategic decision-making, and this position offers direct exposure to leadership, including close collaboration with the CFO. Role Overview This is a high-ownership role responsible for leading the FP&A function end-to-end. The position goes beyond reporting numbers—you will be expected to analyze, interpret, and provide actionable insights that directly influence business strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete FP&A cycle including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Prepare and finalize monthly and quarterly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable financial reporting standards Create MIS reports and board-level presentations Monitor listed company compliance requirements and regulatory updates Partner with the CFO on business performance, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives Candidate Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in an industry role Experience in a listed company / unlisted public company / manufacturing firm (₹25 Cr+ turnover preferred) Strong working knowledge of Ind AS (mandatory) Experience with SAP is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business decisions High ownership mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment Important Note Candidates with experience only in CA firms or consulting will not be considered.
