Job Description:

• 
  Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
• 
  Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
• 
  Source candidates via job portals, social media, and other channels
• 
  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• 
  Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
• 
  Ensure smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience
• 
  Maintain and update candidate database
• 
  Support employer branding activities (job fairs, campaigns)
• 
  Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency

Job Requirements:

• 
  Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
• 
  2–5 years of recruitment experience
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Familiar with sourcing tools and job portals
• 
  Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Location: Gelang Patah
Salary Range: RM3k - RM5k
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
