Description of the role:

As a Customer Service BDC Agent at BMW of the Main Line, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related service appointments. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM system
  • Provide information on promotions and specials

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
