Were Hiring: Customer Care Specialist (German)
Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract
Are you fluent in German and have a sharp eye for detail? Join us as a Customer Care Specialist and play a critical role in managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendorsall from your home in Bosnia and Herzegovina!
Your Responsibilities:
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
- Accurately input invoice data into financial or ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
- Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal departments
Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent in German (verbal and written)
- Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (able to work legally without sponsorship)
- Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
Work schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
