Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payerprovider platform including building tools practitioners love to use every day Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield’s strategic goal of enabling efficient care. Drive prioritization and requirement definition while contributing to long-term product vision and strategy. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans. Partner closely with clinical operations stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions. Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions
