- Successfully manage projects from sale to launch
- Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through various pharmaceutical regulatory processes
- Thorough editorial and correctness QC of all submission materials
- Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams in the execution of projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related requests
- Manage timelines for all project deliverables
- Use project management software to track projects and provide frequent status updates
- Use online submissions systems to upload pieces, download comments, tag references, and track progress
- Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments
- Review live websites, HTML files, and videos to confirm that they match approved versions
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment
- Must have solid Microsoft Office experience especially related to Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards
- Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Possess proactive mindset to seek information to create effective solutions
- Proven ability to build rapport while providing superior service and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors/contacts
- Ability to work well independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of how to motivate people and to get to the heart of the matter
- Must have a professional attitude and be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Possess a high comfort level with technology, technical processes, and digital materials
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
