Description

We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe.
We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Your job: make sure clients are happy, projects are delivered with quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.
## Tasks
**One sentence: Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.**
\- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
\- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.
\- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
\- You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.
## Requirements
**1️⃣ Skills We Expect**
* Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work
* Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics
* Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
* Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)
* Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI
