Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum experience of 1 year in the retail sector.
• Strong computer skills and math skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, and provide product information and invoicing.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records of sales, and ensure a smooth and secure checkout process.
• Perform general administrative tasks, and support the finance team as needed.
