Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain major clients in Southeast Asian banks.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored professional solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery that meets customer needs.
- Regularly report sales progress and market dynamics to support company decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for finance, economics, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in client development within the banking sector, with resources in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, or other SEA banks preferred.
- Strong channel development capabilities; excellent communication and expression skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and possess a strong sense of business and team spirit.
- Willingness to undertake frequent overseas business trips; English proficiency required.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
