Description
As a Sales Executive for Regulatory Reporting, you will champion the Regnology Reporting Hub - the most widely used RegTech solution globally. You will serve as a strategic partner to financial institutions and authorities bodies, helping them transition to modern, cloud-based collaborative platforms.
You are based in the Netherlands with excellent English and Dutch communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Execute complex sales processes for our market-leading product suite, including Cloud operations and implementation services.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities across allocated countries within the Netherlands and Belgium regulatory landscape while maximizing value within existing client portfolios through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Strategic Presentations: Deliver high-impact sales presentations that translate technical regulatory capabilities into clear business value for C-level stakeholders.
- RFI/RFP Management: Lead the coordination of comprehensive responses to RFIs and RFPs, collaborating with technical experts to ensure winning submissions.
- Market Presence: Represent Regnology at key industry events and sales campaigns to expand our brand footprint in Netherlands and Belgium.
- Pipeline Integrity: Maintain an accurate, data-driven sales pipeline within our CRM and other sales tools to support global forecasting and strategic planning.
- Sector Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in financial regulation sector.
- Based in Netherlands with a knowledge of local financial regulations.
- Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of Sales KPIs and a track record of delivering consistent recurring software and service revenue (ARR).
- Negotiation Skills: Experienced in preparing complex business cases and managing contract negotiations at an institutional level.
- Linguistic Proficiency: excellent Dutch & English communication skills.
- Educational Background: Completed university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
