Lead Application Developer / Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:

• Designing, developing and maintaining Web Applications / solutions.
• Presenting information through smart application/visualization / reports to business users
• Translate business needs to technical specifications and wireframes
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms & application.
• Perform quality assurance checks on new or enhanced applications
• Guide junior developers in their duties when needed.
• Recommend improvements to provide optimum solutions.
• Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to junior developers when needed.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science/Electronics or a related field
• 3+ years of Web Analytics application development experience
• Strong knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with OOP(Java/Python). Java Spring Boot/Python Flask is preferred
• Good to hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JS, Angular JS/React JS (frontend)
• Strong knowledge of web services (RESTful)
• Good understanding of database, data warehousing concepts
• Experience/knowledge working on API’s and product SDKs
• Good to have experience in server less technology on cloud and containerization
• Good combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in an organized and timely manner.
• Detailed oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good presentation and documentation skills is desired
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must demonstrate a willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills
