Our client is a travel agency based in Dubai and currently hiring Sales and Marketing Manager.

What will you do?

• Promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Conduct market analysis on competitor products and packages
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Identify and explore new business opportunities to maximize the company's market share

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors in Business or Communications, Sales or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing industry, Tourism Marketing experience is preferred
• Exceptional skills in sales, customer relations, communications
• Pro-active approach and a strong drive for results
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST
• Must have a driver's license in the UAE
