As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. Your work contributes to the continuous enhancement of software performance and functionality, supporting the evolving needs of the organization through innovative and efficient software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
