Job Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality delivery.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business continuity.

• Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective measures where necessary.

• Monitor project costs and financial performance.

• Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities.

• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including proven success in project delivery.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).

• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Extensive prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
