About the Role:

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented QA & Player Experience Specialist who understands the player experience and enjoys exploring platforms, identifying issues, and thinking about how products can be improved.

This role is ideal for someone already working in iGaming—whether in Customer Support, Operations, CRM, Payments, Fraud, or a similar function—who wants to take the next step into Product and Quality Assurance.

You'll help ensure that every aspect of the player journey, from registration and bonuses to deposits, withdrawals, sportsbook and casino experiences, delivers the highest standards of quality. Working closely with Product, CRM and Operations teams, you'll have the opportunity to learn QA best practices while contributing directly to the experience of millions of players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test the website and mobile app to ensure a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
  • Check casino and sportsbook features to make sure they work correctly across different devices and browsers.
  • Review the player journey, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay.
  • Test new promotions, bonus campaigns, and free spins before they go live.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs or issues with clear descriptions and screenshots.
  • Support testing of new features and updates to ensure everything works as expected.
  • Monitor the platform and report any issues affecting the player experience.
  • Work closely with Product, CRM, Operations, and Customer Support teams to help maintain a high-quality platform.
  • Share ideas and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry.

  • Experience in Customer Support, Operations, CRM, Payments, Fraud, QA, or similar functions.
  • Strong understanding of the player journey, promotions and bonus systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively.

  • Advanced English.

Nice to Have

  • Previous manual QA or testing experience.

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.

  • Experience with sportsbook and casino products.

  • Familiarity with KYC, payments, and bonus systems.

  • Exposure to regulated markets, especially Brazil.
