Description

Location:Cali, Hybrid schedule.

Purpose

The Account Manager – Personal Care is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among Mays’ sales, marketing, and business development professionals. Duties include comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas, developing long-term organizational strategic goals, growing and retaining existing clients by presenting new solutions and services to clients, delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members and meeting with upper management to discuss their progress. An in depth knowledge of the personal care market and the services that Mays supplies is key for new business development and client retention.

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Other skills required
    • Successfully manages/prioritizes multiple projects within conflicting operational demands
    • Possesses outstanding customer service skills.
