Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team. The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for helping to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess quality standards for all products and services.
Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
Analyze customer feedback and complaints to determine areas of improvement.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
Conduct regular inspections of products and services to ensure quality.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
Train and educate staff on quality assurance and control procedures.
Create and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
Keep current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance and control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality assurance software.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and other quality assurance standards.
