About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis across the business. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who enjoys working with data, learning new systems, and turning information into clear insights that support decision-making.

You will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain reports, analyze performance, and improve data quality over time.

Key Responsibilities

Data Preparation & Quality:

  • Extract and prepare data from multiple systems (ERP, Easy Insight, Cin7, Excel).
  • Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify data issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze trends, variances, and key performance metrics.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests to answer business questions.
  • Assist with root-cause analysis for unusual results or performance changes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards
  • Build, update, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, easy to understand, and delivered on time.
  • Help improve reporting formats and usability.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Clearly explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document data sources, assumptions, and reporting logic.
  • Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Automate recurring reports and manual processes where possible.
  • Support ongoing improvements to data workflows and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Experience working with data from business systems (ERP, CRM, or operational platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and professionally.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple reporting requests

Preferred:

  • Experience with Easy Insight, Cin7, or similar operational systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Power Query.
  • Exposure to finance, sales, or supply chain data.
