Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the brand—providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers across multiple channels. Your goal: resolve queries quickly while ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat (in German)
  • Assist with product details, order tracking, and issue resolution
  • Accurately log all interactions in internal systems
  • Deliver timely, high-quality service with a customer-first mindset
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, service-driven environment

What You Bring

  • Fluency in German (C1–C2, written and spoken)
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
