We're scaling our Budapest team and looking for a motivated Client Solutions Manager / PPC Specialist to help take Google Ads in Hungary to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Onboard new clients and build strong relationships with existing customers to help them succeed with Google Ads.
- Develop and optimize PPC strategies that deliver real business results.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on Google Ads best practices, campaign design, budget management, and performance troubleshooting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and recommend solutions to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay on top of the latest Google Ads updates, market trends, and digital advertising innovations.
What You Need For This Role
- Experience working with Google Ads campaigns and digital performance agencies.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GTM experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- You can manage multiple projects and client relationships at once.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 9,895,040 HUF.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
