Customer Service Representative — Automotive (Dutch) — Braga, Portugal (Remote)

We're hiring a Dutch-speaking customer service professional based in Portugal for a fully remote role supporting a renowned automotive brand. If you speak Dutch and value weekday structure with the convenience of working from home, let's connect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Dutch-language inbound customer contacts for an automotive brand

- Respond via phone, email, and digital channels Monday to Friday on rotating shifts

- Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient solutions to customer queries

- Log all interactions and flag complex issues for resolution

- Maintain knowledge of the brand's products, policies, and services

- Collect equipment from Braga if within 50km of the office

What We're Looking For:

- Dutch at native or near-native level

- Currently residing in Portugal (relocation not available for remote roles)

- Available Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 in rotating shifts (weekends off)

- Comfortable working independently in a home office environment

- Detail-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused

- Contact centre experience is a plus
