This role is based in our Cairo Festival City Business Park, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt office.
Reports to: VP Creative Solutions, EMEA
The Role
We're currently looking for a Project Manager to join our in-house creative team. The team works across a wide range of global events and campaigns, and we're seeking someone who can confidently manage creative workflow, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
- Manage studio resource scheduling to keep operations running smoothly
- Oversee and allocate resource requests, ensuring briefs are complete and approved
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to plan and prioritise workloads
- Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any resource conflicts before they escalate
- Coordinate with Marketing Managers to ensure alignment across project phases
- Build strong relationships across teams to support effective delivery
- Track resource usage and ensure project demands are being met
- Maintain project documentation and keep communication channels clear
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong background in creative project or studio management
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with Monday.com
- Confident in stakeholder management and problem solving
- Able to lead project meetings and manage shifting priorities with ease
