The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, strong in accounting & taxation, and capable of coordinating with teams while communicating comfortably in basic English. Key Responsibilities Manage full accounting operations Perform GST, TDS calculations, and entries Handle bank reconciliation and taxation processes Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow Manage monthly billing, tender preparation/documentation, and member coordination Follow up on outstanding payments Draft professional emails and handle English communication (basic/OK English acceptable) Required Skills Proficiency in MCS Accounting Software Basic to good English communication Strong documentation & email drafting ability Excellent data organization & numerical accuracy Job Details Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) Education Required: B.Com Preferred: Master’s degree Experience 8–10 years of total accounting experience Minimum 3–4 years in a Senior Accountant role Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus equal to 1 month’s salary Annual appraisals (new joiners eligible after 9 months) 15 days paid leave with encashment PF applicable if salary < ₹15,000 ESI applicable if salary < ₹22,000 Professional Tax: ₹200/month 10% retention: retained for 20 months, repayable after 24 months Eligibility Gender: Both male & female candidates preferred English: Basic/OK English acceptable Location: Must be Surat-based Immediate joiners preferred Key Highlights (Moved to Bottom) 1 Month Bonus Pay annually English-medium education mandatory B.Com mandatory; Master’s preferred 10% Retention Benefit 15 Days Paid Leave with encashment Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Immediate joiners preferred
