Our client is looking for a talented lawyer with 3 to 7 years' post-qualification experience to join their top-tier investment funds team in the Cayman Islands. The position offers exceptional exposure to sophisticated cross-border work.
The team advises clients through every stage of a fund's lifecycle from formation and governance to compliance, restructurings, and liquidity events.
The ideal candidate will have a background in advising on funds or corporate transactions, gained from a leading international or offshore law firm. A strong academic record and high-level written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should bring strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and a sound grasp of relevant legal frameworks. Experience or interest in client development and contributing to the growth of the practice is also highly valued.
