They are currently looking to expand their team and move to the step in esports;
Digital Marketing & Communications Manager
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and go-to-market plans and activities that are in line with the brand direction
• Advise, develop and deliver impactful and creative omnichannel campaigns
• Develop thought leadership content and drive relevant promotional campaigns in partnership with other departments
• Own and execute SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities, marketing automation
• Manage content on the website and social media platforms, and create new content including eBooks, videos, landing pages, and case studies
• Closely monitor performance metrics and proactively optimize programs and processes to deliver results
• Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for collaborative wins and support lead nurturing, customer communication, and product marketing initiatives
• Plan annual budget and own the marketing activities calendar, ensuring plans are executed

Requirements:

• Well-versed in performance marketing and social media paid ads
• Preferably 3-5years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Passion for advertising and performance marketing
• Data-driven approach
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, attention to details, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner and a team player, experience in media/esports industry or start-ups environment will be a plus point
