Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Chat Process (Vivint)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Vivint Chat Process. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues.

• Deliver accurate and timely information to customers.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Technical / troubleshooting experience is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of international process experience required.

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC per month

• Working Days: 5 days a week

• Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

• Hiring Zone: Candidates must reside within 20 km of the office location
