Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Project & Sales Executive (Outdoor) to support the Outdoor Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outdoor Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients.

  • Conduct outdoor marketing and sales activities to promote company products/services.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Support project execution by liaising with internal teams to meet client expectations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.

  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2-4 years proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or project support.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Resides in or around Lekki, Lagos (preferred).
