You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers, sales and sales partners, by solving customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business Further more you will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained Also you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master Additionally you will channel queries to corresponding responsible for responsible area (Sales, Credit to Collection, Delivery etc) You will ensure the billing Process management Also you will support continuous process improvement and quality You will Provides Linx software support to sales partners Additionally you will prepare and support in Sales Partner inventories, as well as control reports in non-registered sales for Sales Partners Further more you will support in stock management of Sales Partners Additionally you have to understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by organization
