As a Human Capital Operations Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and issues, and supporting HR processes to run smoothly within our Internal Firm Services practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila offers the chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and use critical thinking to solve problems, while upholding professional standards and developing self-awareness.

Responsibilities

- Managing the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in alignment with HR protocols
- Administering benefits and absence management to support workforce needs
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping
- Utilizing HR software to streamline service delivery and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Supporting human resources management by executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities
- Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating team needs to deliver quality outcomes
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
