About the Role:

The Associate Director of Strategic Solutions - Midmarket Division serves as a business development leader responsible for establishing and aggressively expanding Innovis' market presence within the small to mid-size bank and credit union sector. This role focuses specifically on building Innovis' new Midmarket division by identifying, engaging, and converting small to mid-size financial institutions into strategic data contributors and solution partners for our credit bureau services.

The position combines executive-level relationship building with consultative selling expertise, requiring deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing smaller financial institutions. The Associate Director will leverage specialized data furnisher packages designed to unlock additional value through enhanced product availability, ultimately driving better outcomes for mid-market customers while improving institutional data quality across Innovis' network.

This results-driven role demands a professional who can effectively navigate the distinct needs of midsize financial institutions, understanding their resource constraints while demonstrating how Innovis' solutions can provide competitive advantages typically available only to larger institutions. The successful candidate will build lasting partnerships that deliver sustained growth, enhanced data quality, and expanded product accessibility within the mid-market segment, directly supporting Innovis' mission to improve institutional data quality and product availability to midsized institutions.
