Terrelonge Staffing, on behalf of a leading company in the glass and glazing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, installation, and execution of glass and glazing projects.
• Manage project schedules, including tracking timelines, milestones, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and manage budgets, bids, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to both the client and senior management on project progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass and glazing industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
