Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Account Executives to drive new business development within a collaborative and highly tenured team environment. This role focuses on building long-term client partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering consultative talent solutions across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is an energetic and self-directed sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while working autonomously with strong internal team support.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development efforts within the assigned territory
Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities
Manage full-cycle sales activities from prospecting through closing
Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver client talent solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development outreach
Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts
Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand hiring needs and business goals
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue opportunities
Represent a consultative and relationship-focused sales approach
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of sales or business development experience required
Proven success in generating new business and growing client relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
Strong organizational and relationship management skills
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales activities simultaneously
Preferred Backgrounds
Staffing industry experience preferred
Experience within Accounting & Finance staffing strongly preferred
Additional staffing backgrounds considered include IT, HR, administrative, or engineering
B2B sales experience outside of staffing may also be considered
Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio preferred
Relationship-based and consultative sales experience is highly valued
