The Role in Focus:
- Strategic Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers, providing a seamless shopping experience via phone and email.
- Operational Integrity: You will manage sensitive payment data and online orders with 100% accuracy and a focus on data security.
- Brand Advocacy: You'll resolve complex concerns with empathy and "Omotenashi" spirit, ensuring brand loyalty stays at an all-time high.
- Knowledge Sharing: You'll stay at the forefront of industry trends and provide feedback to improve the global customer journey.
Who fits this profile?
- Language Proficiency: Native or C2 level Japanese (read/write/speak) and a strong B2 level of English for our international office environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: At least 6 months in a customer-oriented role. (Fresh graduates in Communication, English, or related fields are also welcome!).
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
