Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 5 days Onsite

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES-

Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.

Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all the team deliverables.

Write high-quality distributed system software.

Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, focusing on the most impactful tasks.

Lead a critical and highly visible function within Client’s International Expansion Business.

Autonomously deliver the technical direction of the service and define the feature roadmap.

Collaborate with exceptional talent, and have the opportunity to hire and shape the team for optimal product execution.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Basic Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (3 years of work experience = 1 year of education).

4–6 years of professional software development experience with significant contributions to one or more projects.

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed system design, databases, and design patterns.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, AWS or Azure cloud.

Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with DevOps automation.

OTHER-

Act as an ambassador for the Client, promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in line with the Founder’s Principles, values, and culture.

Ensure the highest level of safety in all activities and follow the Client’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with distributed system performance analysis and optimization.

Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.

Capable of dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems and thinking abstractly.
